Exchange/Return Policy

• We offer a strict 3 days exchange policy - so an item is only eligible for size exchange within 3 days of being delivered. 
• We do not offer return on any items, unless the received product is damaged and the issue is at our end.

Shipping Timelines

• Since we believe in sustainable purchasing and use of the fabric, every item is made to order and we aim to deliver it to your doorstep in 7-10 days.

Fabric Care

• All of our pieces are made from soft Indian fabrics that can be easily hand washed and require minimal effort to clean.
• We suggest handwashing with cold water and air drying to avoid shrinkage and to increase the longevity of the fabric.
• Occasional dry cleaning is also okay.

Custom Orders

• At the moment we don’t do custom orders for the available designs, but we are always open to suggestions so you can share your custom sizing requests with us at meerasattires@gmsil.com or DM us on Instagram for any further queries.

Order Tracking

• We share order tracking information within the first 4 days of your purchase which can be easily tracked on the Shiprocket website. We’re also happy to check the status ourselves and help you out, if needed.
